She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Lasher and Dorothy Maude Wenck; her husbands, Jim Webster and Charles Pennay; her son Michael Webster; and her son-in-law William H. Shipp.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Webster Shipp of Towanda and Rickey J. Webster of Towanda; her grandchildren, Karen Shipp of Sneedville, TN, Diane Sheets (Bob) of Towanda, Jennifer Allen (Dennis Mccaslin), Robert Lines and Stacey High (Shaun) of Chambersburg, PA; her great grandchildren, Krysten Davis of Ohio, Patricia Vanderpool (Josh) of Wyalusing, Taylor Maynard (Lloyd) of Towanda, Tyler Sheets, Conner Clement of Richmond, VA, Amara Shields and William Curley of Chambersburg, PA.; and her great great grandchildren, Gracie and Addison Vanderpool. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maryott-Bowen Funeral Home (217 York Ave, Towanda, PA 18848). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family suggests that contributions be directed to a charity or organization of one's choice in Lucille's memory.
