He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Williams and Freda Shaylor Williams; his sons, Michael, Dale and Mark Williams; his siblings, Reva, Harold, Lyle, Roger, Romayne and Kenny; and his stepbrother Walter Beers.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Joslyn Williams; his daughter Dianne Muir (Keith); and his grandchildren, Michelle, Greg, Niki, Stephen, Miranda and Rebecca "Becky". He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
