He is survived by: his brother-in-law Francis "Butch" Rought; his wife Mary A. Rought Heath; his children, James Heath Jr. of North Towanda, Jennifer May of Troy, PA and Julie Gilbert (David) of Nixa; and his grandchildren, Macey Hamm, D. J. Baldwin, Austin Baldwin, Brittany Baldwin, Alicia Baldwin, Daydrian Gilbert and Ellika Gilbert.
