He is survived by: his children, Faith Ann Parkhurst of Towanda, PA and Kyle Owen; his siblings, Hugh Leroy Parkhurst, Jr. (Michelle) of Tunkhannock, PA, Walter Vincent Parkhurst of Troy, PA, Herbert Joseph Parkhurst of Florida, Audrey Fran Lincoln (Frank) of Tunkhannock, PA, Sandy B. Parkhurst of Wilkes-Barre, PA and Sheryl Ann Keir of Laceyville, PA; his brother-in-law Roger Jayne of Laceyville, PA; and his cousin Angela Force of Tunkhannock, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
