Strope (Jack) of Athens and Jeanne S. Young (Craig Harkness) of Milan; his grandsons, Cody E. Chapman (Jennifer), Dustin J. Birdsall (Jasa), Damon J. Young (Nicole Webster) and Dawson B. Young (Leanne Molnar); his great grandchildren, Regan E. Chapman and Cooper J. Birdsall; and his siblings, Dennis Showalter (Juliet) of Millerton, Dorian Rumsey (Gary) of Exton, PA and Curt Showalter (Diane) of Wyalusing.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions may be directed to Guthrie Hospice, 421 Tomahawk Road, Towanda, PA 18848 in memory of James A. Showalter.
