He is survived by: his parents, Clifford E. Cobb and Evelyn V. Chamberlain Cobb; his spouse Donna M. Johnston Cobb; his children, Josh Cobb of Towanda and Jenifer Heeman of Troy; his son-in-law Richard Heeman of Troy; his grandson Corbyn Heeman of Troy; his brothers, Harold Cobb of Sugar Run, Garry Cobb (DeLores) of Wyalusing and Dale Cobb (Judy) of Baltimore, MD; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Cobb of Herrickville, Sheryl Cobb of Canton and David Yarnes Sr. of Norwich, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
