She is survived by: her husband Thomas A. Foreman; her caregivers, Amber Cook and Sarah Smith; her sons, Dr. Thomas K. Foreman (Ann M. Phinney) and Gerald E. Foreman of Ulster; her grandsons, Brian M. Foreman (Danielle Rowland) of Hendersonville, NC, Dr. Matthew C. Foreman of Arlington, VA and Dr. Robert K. Foreman (Hannah); and her great grandchild Bailey Jones.
