"Doc" Hoffman Jr.; her children, Mary C. "Colleen" Hoffman Pearlman (Wade) of New Jersey, Henry E. "Chip" Hoffman III, Terry Gray of Towanda and Timothy J. "Tim" Hoffman (Karen) of Towanda; her grandchildren, Neysa, Melanie, Nancy, Kamri and Kolby; and her siblings, JoAnn Werthner of Albany, NY, Clara Sutton of Texas and David Simons (Caroline) of Massachusetts. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
