It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank L. Lindsey (Towanda, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 23, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Edwin Lindsey. He is survived by: his grandson On Dec; his wife Wilma; his mother Margaret Lindsey of Media; his sons, Charlie Tuttle of New York, Doris Tuttle of New York, Timothy Tuttle of New York and Erin Tuttle of New York; his grandchildren, Chloe, Chase, Cora, Maddie and Reagan; his sister Ann Cacciutti; his brother-in-law Frank Cacciutti of Media; his brother Edward Lindsey; and his sisters-in-law, Alberta Lindsey of North Carolina, Albert Chilson (Patty), Vicki Yeddo, Larry, Dawn Chilson, Tammy, Jerry Hobbs, Doug, Yolanda Chilson, Jeff, Gayle Chilson, Janet and Kevin Spencer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
