He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Campbell and Byrdie Summers; and his siblings, Alfred Campbell Jr., Joyce White, Betty Woody and Dorothy Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Campbell (Roof); his son Levi Campbell of Poughkeepsie, NY; his sister Carol Moore Garner of Beckville, TX; his brother-in-law Oscar White of Abilene, TX; his siblings, Bee Williams (Scott), Sandy Roof, Vetta Comstock, Cyndy Russell and Ed Roof (Kay); and his friends, David, Elma, Kevin Miller, Phil Devonshire, Fred Campbell (Kathy), Nancy Lasard (Alan), Tina Valenzuela and Jay B Campbell. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
