He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Isabel Bukas; his daughter Joan; his son-in-law Richard K Cook II; his grandsons, Richard K Cook III (Helen), Jeremy and Alex; his nieces, Dolores Stevens Cole of Waverly, NY, Cynthia Stevens Blackman of Waverly, NY and Debra Stevens Ingram; and his sister-in-law Jean (Don Gorski) of Sayre, PA.
