She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Post and Gertrude Heath Post; her husband James Wilson Welliver Jr.; and her sister Ruth Tuttle. She is survived by: her sons, James Edward Welliver (Lois) of New Albany, Robert Lewis Welliver (Patti) of Herrickville and Wilson LeRoy "Bill" Welliver of Herrickville; her grandchildren, Robert L. Welliver Jr., James E. Welliver Jr., Tammy Lynn Fabrizio, Katie Sue Welliver-Kelley and Kara Rose Welliver; and her sister Frances Post Lima.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that bequests be directed to the H.O.P.S. Ambulance Association, 6185 Herrickville Road, Wyalusing, PA 18853 or to the Herrick Township Volunteer Fire Company, H.O.P.S. Road, Wyalusing, PA 18853 in memory of Edna L. Post Welliver.
