He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Uhouse and Mary Uhouse (Kovacs); the mother of his children Charlotte Uhouse; and his siblings, Victor Uhouse, William Uhouse, Michael Uhouse, Donald Uhouse and Veronica Lydon.
He is survived by: his children, David Uhouse Jr. (Mary Ann) of LeRaysville, PA, Adam Uhouse (Susan) of Rome, PA, Mark Uhouse (Kellie) of Warren Center, PA and Melissia Ellis (William) of Windham Summit, PA.; his grandchildren, Codi, Caleb, Paige, Jessica, Molly, Joseph, Jenna, Elaine, Joshua and Benjamin; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Evelyn, Juliet and Brooks; and his siblings-in-law, Alicia Uhouse, Paul Otten, Morris Otten, Gene Otten (Glenda), Alice Allis and Helen Williams (Herbert). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
