She is survived by: her parent Elizabeth Tokasz Voda; her husband Randy Blake of Towanda; her son Larry Voda (Lisa) of Laceyville; her grandchildren, Tamara and Justin Voda; and her siblings, Carol Owen (Woody) of Laceyville, Thomas Voda (Lynne) of Laceyville and Richard Voda. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
