He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Turner and Edna Jackson Turner; his wife Joan Elizabeth Cox Turner; his son Joel Bradley Turner; and his siblings, Ronnie, Nita and Sharon.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Turner of Towanda, Roger Turner (Vickie) of Towanda, Cindy Williams (Greg) of Towanda, Robin Turner and Diane of Chesterfield, VA; his grandchildren, Brian Turner, Tara McKernan, Chris Fries, Brad Turner, Rusty Turner, Kelsey Turner Nonnemacher, Trevor Williams, Taylor Williams Bellinger and Devon Joel Turner; his siblings, Rena Yost (Gerry) of South Branch and Carson Turner (Terri) of New Albany, PA; and his friend Bill Murphy. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
