He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Rubert and Ruth Rubert; his son Chuckie; his brother Kenneth Rubert; his wife Millyne; and his sister Shirley Goodenow.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Barto (Larry) of Towanda, PA and Kevin Rubert (Amanda) of Towanda, PA; his brother Lawrence Rubert of Sayre, PA; his grandchildren, Tonia Irish, Stephanie Harris, Nicholas, Adam and Ben Rubert; his great grandchildren, Hallie, Ryan, Jewlz, Talen, Teagan, Tymbur and Taryn; and also Lynn.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions may be directed to an area Little League organization of one's choice in memory of Charles A. Rubert.
