He is survived by: his children, Carl Howell Jr. of Melbourne, FL, Edward Howell (Rita) of New Albany, PA, Gerald Howell (Phyllis) of North Towanda, PA, Kathryn Watkins of New Albany, PA, Lorraine Martinez of Sanford, FL and Richard Howell (Noy) of Thailand.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Maryott-Bowen Funeral Home (217 York Ave, Towanda, PA 18848). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
