She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Tobery and Claudia Tobery; and her siblings, Russell, Bernard, Norman, Charles, Melvin, Thelma, Doris, Mildred and Betty.

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Whipp; her children, Trixie (Greg Kilmer), Karen Whipp (Ken Craig), Barbara (Richard Sutton) and Kenneth (Butch); her brother Thomas Tobery of Frederick, MD.; and her grandchildren, Gregory, Joseph, Jenifer, Caleb, Rachel, Nicole, Kylee and Brigid.
