She is survived by: her children, Mark Madden (Kelly) of Towanda, PA and Ann Smith (Jeffrey) of Towanda, PA; her grandchildren, Morgan Greenly (Alex) of Harrisburg, PA, Taylor Long (Cole) of Towanda, PA, Schuyler Smith of Yuma, AZ, Simon Smith of Syracuse, NY and David Smith of State College; her great grandchildren, Lariah, Avery and Harlan Long; her grandchildren, Owen and Londyn Greenly; and her sister-in-law Catherine Schuyler.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be directed to St. Agnes School, 102 3rd Street, Towanda, PA, where her children and grandchildren once attended. Alternatively, memorials could be directed to the Alzheimer's Association (http://www.alz.org.) in Anne's memory.
