With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan L. Hammel (Toughkenamon, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 15, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Vernon Cook; and her brother David Cook. She is survived by: her mother Charlotte; her children, Lori Hannah (Ed) of Ferrell, NJ, JoAnn Jenkins (Tom) of Toughkenamon, PA and Beau Hammel (Erin) of Georgia, VT; and her sister Linda Dean of Wilmington, DE. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
