He is survived by: his friend Amico; his brother Mushrooms; his wife Thelma D'Amico; his children, Anthony V. D'Amico, Jr. (Kathleen), Donna D'Amico-Lilley (Harry) and Mary Belfiore (Henry); his grandchildren, Adrian, Alicia, Brianna, Nicolas, Jenna and Danny; and his sister-in-law Gloria D'Amico of Bear, DE..
