She was predeceased by: her husband Robert G. Herzog; and her parents, Harold David and Dorothy Harriet Follweiler (Correll). She is survived by: her significant other Larry L. Lentz of Topton; her children, Robert G. Herzog, Jr. (Tina) of Slatington, Todd T. Herzog of Palmerton, Brent L. Herzog (Katherine) of Slatington and Tami L. Wassum (Donald); her sisters, Shirley Yeager of Breinigsville and Annetta Oncheck of Walnutport; her grandchildren, Joshua, Jared, Justin, Matthew, Corey, Jordan, Ty, Teague, Brandon and Elaina; and her great grandchildren, Joshua, Kylie, Kelson, Bryce and Sloan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Union United Church of Christ (5550 PA-873, Schnecksville, PA 18065). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
