We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2023, at the age of 96, Janet S. River of Topton, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Quentin J. River; and her parents, E. Gustave Buechner and Hazel Buechner. She is survived by: her children, David River and Ellen Lewis (Gregory); and her grandson Andrew Lewis.
