He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Roe and Pauline Durns Roe; and his son Michael Roe. He is survived by: his daughters, Caitlin Roe of Maryland, April Roe of Washington, Suzanne Roe of Pennsylvania and Carissa Roe of New Jersey; his grandson Gabriel Sizemore; and his sister Cindy Shriver.
