He is survived by: his girlfriend Leatrice M. Moatz (Miller); his children, Michael S. Moatz (Pamela K.) and Angela R. Moatz; his grandchildren, Jacob M. Moatz of Kutztown and Cathlene N. Moatz of Kutztown; and his siblings, Samuel H. Moatz, Helen M. Christman (Luther Christman) and Mamie M. Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
