He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond H. Kulp and Jenny E. Kulp (Swenson); and his siblings, Raymond L. Kulp and Laura K. Seip (Kulp). He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Kulp (Ebanofsky); his son Darron K. Kulp; his close friend Julie L. Miller; his daughter Stephanie A. Houck (Randall L.); and his grandchildren, Cody Madeira, Kyle Madeira and Sophia Kulp.
