She is survived by: her mother Shirley I. Kurtz (Burkert) of West Grove, PA; and her siblings, Keith (Lisa), Jeff (Mary Ann), Kevin (Shanna), Melody, Patricia and Theresa. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
