She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Matthew O'Connell IV; and her parents, John Kingston and Mary Kingston (Mailloux). She is survived by: her sons, Charles Matthew V of Pennsylvania, John Patrick (Kathleen) of Tobyhanna, Daniel Justyn (Janaé) of Tobyhanna and Kyle Joseph (Rebecca) of East Stroudsburg; her grandchildren, Abigail Grace, Meghan Claire, Logan Joseph, Erin Riley, Zachariah Mackenzie and Cillian Khalil; and her brothers, Sean Francis Kingston (Michelle) of Humboldt, TN and John Joseph Kingston, III (Stefania) of Mountainside, NJ. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
