He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion (Duffy) and John Traver. He is survived by: his wife Linda (Carron); his daughters, Sarah Saunders (Luke) of Wisconsin and Mollie Kleber (Jason) of New Hampshire; his grandchildren, Camille, Leif, Thea (Saunders), Laura, Ethan, Rachel, Ian, Julia, Nathan, Emily and Madeline (Kleber); his brothers, John Traver (Hazel), Heath Traver (Nancy) and Timothy Traver (Judy); and his pet Emma.
