He is survived by: his children, Miguel Ortiz (Jaqueline), Israel Ortiz and Virgen C. Ortiz (Gloria Paez); his sisters, Betty and Julie; and his grandchildren, Carlos, Christina, Louis, Miguel, Jonathan, Christian, Stefan, Maiquel, Gabriel, Raquel, Celinez and Yandel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
