He is survived by: his parents, Herbert Samuel Ray Sr. and Edna May Ray; his spouse Georgia Perry-Ray; his children, Rebecca R. Flesher of Elizabethton, TN, Gary Ray of Elizabethton, TN, Sandra Ray VanKirk (John) of Elizabethton, TN and Paul Perry of Elizabethton, TN; his brother Herbert S. Ray Jr. of Tobyhanna, PA; and his daughter-in-law Susan Primo. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
