He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard S. Rouse Sr. and Mamie Rouse (Brown); and his sister Sylvia Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Pamela D. Rouse (Smith); his children, Ronald M. Smith of Stroudsburg, Ayisha Z. Rouse (Norrita R. Baccus) and Audrey Rouse; his grandchildren, Lawrence of Effort and Meagan Rouse of Effort; his sisters, Wendy Ida of Southern California, Shelly Ferrell (Joseph) of Southern California and Gail Maldonado (James) of Southern California; and his grandchildren, Jaleel, Shariyah, Na'Brea, Nasier, Prince Noah, Kalilah, Julius, Alijah, Xaiden and Faith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
