Ratliff-Powell (Craighead) of Tobyhanna; his daughters, Tracy Turnage and Tiffany Tine; his stepchildren, Danielle Bryant and Reginald Ratliff; and his brother James Powell. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
