He was predeceased by: his parents, George Allen and Josephine Allen (Kolvaski). He is survived by: his wife Jeanette (Dziuba); his children, Jeneen Quinlan of Mount Vernon, NY and Matthew Hogan (Jacqueline) of Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Max Brager and Aengus Hogan; his brother-in-law Chester Dziuba (Ali) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and his sister Kathy Barton of Staten Island, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
