He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Burdick and Violet Burdick. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Burdick (DeChristino); his children, Melanie Burdick, Vincent Nebauer and Christopher Burdick; and his sister Donna Burdick. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
