He was predeceased by: his wife Loretta D'Addio (Odierno); his parents, Frank D'Addio and Grace D'Addio (Delcasale); his daughter Bernadette D'Addio; and his siblings, Lorraine Krems, Dominic and Joey D'Addio.

He is survived by: his children, Joseph D'Addio, Therese D'Addio, Patricia Klinges (Chris) and Maria Pekalski (John); and his sister Marie Deluise. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren.
