She was predeceased by: her parents, Regis "Pat" O'Neill Jr. and Patricia F. O'Neill (Hunt); her mother-in-law Elizabeth Kurschinske (Porter); her grandparents, Regis P. O'Neill Sr., Virginia O'Neill Sr. (Cochran), Gerald R. Hunt and Ethel Hunt Lookabaugh (Range); and her brother-in-law Neal Fox.
She is survived by: her children, Jayme (Pat Walsh) and Bryon Kurschinske (Ashley Deen); her grandson Devon A. Kurschinske of Titusville; her siblings, Gerald O'Neill (Kathy), Carrie Fox, Donald O'Neill (Brenda) and Michael O'Neill (Sherry); her sisters-in-law, Elaine Dozois of Lowell, MA and Susan Wyant (John) of Denton, TX; and her cousin Dottie Lander (Charlie) of Tionesta, PA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hydetown Volunteer Fire Department (12638 Main St, Titusville, PA 16328).
