He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slother and Julia Tekeley Slother; his wife Loretta Hansen; and his siblings, Michael, Bernard, Albert, Edward, Pete, John, Steven Slother, Elsie Archer, Frances Webb, Agnes Dickson and Mildred Slother.
He is survived by: his children, Julia Moore (Gary) of Rochester, PA, Lawrence Slother (Kryslyn) of Edinboro and Judy Foley (Jeff) of Titusville; his grandsons, Jeffrey Moore (Julie), Chad Moore (Sarah), Tyler Slother (Anna), Eric Foley and Trevor Foley (Renee); his great grandchildren, Samantha, Travis, Emmett, Esther, Abraham Moore, Damien, Dakota Slother and Colton Foley; and his brother Thomas Slother of Ft. Myers, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
