He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Eugene Fogle and Virginia Fogle (Shattuck). He is survived by: his children, Scott Fogle of Corry, PA, Jon Fogle (Elizabeth Costello) of Rochester, NY and Kimberly Pilker (Earl) of Wattsburg, PA.; and his sister Susan Taylor of Fort Gaines, Georgia..
