Luktisch (Meaghen Kennedy) of Oil City; her grandchildren, Jamie, Devin, Jorja, Dylan, Amorina, Austin, Haillee, Joelene and Skyler; her great grandchild Ava; her siblings, Delbert Moon, Jr. (Melinda) of Greenville, Gary Moon (Bonnie) of Daytona, FL, Rodney Moon of Cooperstown and Linda Moon of Cooperstown; and her siblings-in-law, Clarence Proper, Jr. (Jan) of Mt. Jewett and Hazel Proper of Saegertown. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
