He is survived by: his wife Nancy Vergith; his sons, William R. Brown (Shirley) of Branson, MO and Michael J. Brown (Lisa) of Lawrence, KS; his grandsons, Jacob and Andrew Brown; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley and Brandon Hunkele; his brother Richard K. Brown (Gwen) of Sandwich, MA; his aunt Woneida Smay of Apollo; his siblings-in-law, Noni Stanford of Cambridge Springs and Bill Vergith (Ron Halpin) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and his cousins, Cindy Ament of Elizabeth, PA, Ed and Cathy Smay of Celina, TN.
