She was predeceased by: her children, Jay Windfelder of Titusville, Richard Fulton of Greensburg, William Fulton of Titusville, Donald Fulton of Centerville and Sharon Fulton of Titusville; her grandsons, Ty and Nathan Bloom; her son-in-law Greg Lohr of Titusville; and her siblings, Edward Vogel, Elizabeth Jones, Eleanor Miller, Madelyn Ekblom, Jeannette Gilson, Ruth King, Catherine Ekblom, Margaret Woodard and Grace Vogel.
She is survived by: her spouse Warren E. Fulton, Sr.; and her children, Warren E. "Skee" Fulton, Jr. (Sandra) of Titusville, Francis Fulton (Julie) of Pleasantville, Neal E. Fulton (Leslie) of King George, VA, Mary Lou Strawbridge (Burdell) of Titusville, Anne Voltz of Ashburn, VA and Judy Lohr Wagner (Steve) of Titusville. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
