She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph C. Hettrick and Mary Davison Hettrick; her husband Donald J. Lesko; her daughter-in-law Judy L. Lesko; and her siblings, Jean Kuzmich, Betty J. Boyle and Louis Hettrick.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Ann Borden (David) of Ft, DJ Lesko (Karen) of LaVale, MD, Todd Lesko of Titusville, Lynna Heinze of Baltimore, MD, Aaron Lesko (Tammy) of Raleigh, NC and Adam Lesko (Angie) of Tionesta, PA; her grandchildren, Duster, Carrie (Ed), Jenna, Lanie (Caleb), Julie (Darrell), Alyssa, Zane, Karee, Jack, Luke, Zak (Tricia), Kylee, Zoey, Abby, Nora, Evelyn and Mary; her great grandchildren, Ivy, Emma, Layla and Keziah; and her sister-in-law Audrey Hettrick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
