It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Kightlinger of Titusville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 7, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack D. Neely and Clara P. Peterson Neely; her husband Edward E. Kightlinger; and her sister Patricia Meerhoff. She is survived by: her daughter Debra Peluso (Nick) of Titusville; her brother Jack D. Neely, Jr. (Diane) of Charlotte, NC; her brothers-in-law, George Meerhoff of Mt. Pleasant, PA and Howard Kightlinger (Jolayne Confer) of Erie; and her close friend Kandy Bauer of Titusville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
