She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Nellis and Catherine Markovitch Nellis; her husband Robert Fratus; her granddaughter Katee Marie Bernard; and her siblings, Arthur Nellis and Rosalie Conner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Farr of Austin, TX, Tonja Carson (Chris Evans) of Townville and Susan Bernard (Randy) of Titusville; her grandsons, Tobey Bernard (Hali Iliff) and Tayler Bernard (Allison Osborn); and her sister Beverly McGinnett of Edinboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
