She was predeceased by: her mothers, Elaine O'Neill and Maxine Winger; and her brother Thomas O'Neill. She is survived by: her husband Norman Nelson; her children, Carl Nelson (Tami) of Grandville, MI, Matthew Nelson (Rachel) of Burgettstown, PA and Deanna Wakefield (Jeremy) of Titusville; her grandchildren, Adrianna, Maria Nelson and Madison Wakefield; her sister Kathy Loker (Roger) of Titusville; and her sister-in-law Cathy O'Neill of Strongsville, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family asks that memorials be made to Titusville Area School District Special Education Dept. or Titusville High School Marching Band; or to the Titusville Summer Theater.
