She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Perkins and Ariel Beaton Perkins. She is survived by: her siblings, Daniel Perkins and Carol Gore of Tacoma, WA; and also, Peggy Hornemann, Doug, Leslie Hornemann, Gettysburg, Cragg, Tracy Entwistle, Sykesville, MD, Sean Dorsey, John Monroe of Pleasantville and Mary Czartoryski of Hagerstown, MD.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
