He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Armstrong and Frances Foster Armstrong; his brothers, Frank, Duane, Lloyd, Floyd, Ralph and Boyd Armstrong; his son Charles Feely; and his son-in-law Sean Connolly.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Stearns of Titusville; his children, Lorraine Burrows (Duane) of Titusville, Robin Edwards (Terry) of Titusville, Traci Connolly of Erie, Austin Armstrong (Stacey) of Titusville and Shawn Feely (Rebekah) of Ocklawaha, FL; and his grandchildren, Tara Spangler (Steve), Josh Burrows (Renea), Amanda Lynch (Josh), Lee Anthony, Ezra McWilliams, Amber, Austin Jr., Sarah Armstrong and Caroline Feely. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
