He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Webber and Helen Burns Troxell; his stepfather Irvin E. Troxell; and his siblings, Irvin E. Troxell, Jr., Robert R. Webber, Virginia Rice and Helen Webber.
He is survived by: his goddaughter Monica Antill; his sisters, Ilene Rice, Mary Hunt, Gladys Brenizer and Dorothy Waychoff (Bob Young); his siblings-in-law, Arden Rice, Thelma Christy and Alta Webber; his nieces, Gayle Christy, Nancy Hill (Jack) and Sherri Gifford (Steve); and his nephew Robert Christy (Rene). He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home Inc. (303 N Washington St, Titusville, PA 16354). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
