He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rigby and Josephine Rigby (Cross). He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Rigby of Titusville; his children, Tim Rigby of Meadville, Randy Rigby of Denver, CO, Ronda Downing of Conneaut Lake and Denise Delp (John) of Titusville; and his siblings, Dennis Rigby (Tressie) of Woodstock, VA and Gloria Hargenrader (Charles) of Meadville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
